Cancellation Policy
*1. Boat Description:** Boat Type/Model: Party Barge Pontoon Year: 2025 Registration Number: FL9181TY Hull ID Number: 07640623 **2. Rental Period:** Start Date & Time: [Start Date & Time] End Date & Time: [End Date & Time] **3. Rental Fee:** The Renter agrees to pay $500 for the use of the boat during the 8hr rental period. **4. Security Deposit:** The Renter shall pay a refundable security deposit of $150 prior to taking possession of the boat. The deposit will be held to cover: - Any damage to the boat - Missing equipment - Excessive cleaning required - Unpaid fuel costs The deposit will be refunded within 5 Business days of return, less any deductions. **5. Fuel Charges:** The boat shall be returned with a full fuel tank. If the boat is not returned full, the Renter will be charged a refueling fee of $3.25 per gallon. **6. Damages and Liability:** The Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the boat or its equipment during the rental period. All damages will be assessed, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately if necessary. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the boat and all persons onboard. **7. Condition and Inspection:** The Renter acknowledges that the boat is in good working condition and accepts it as-is upon inspection prior to departure. A checklist and photos may be taken at pick-up and return. **8. Use Restrictions:** The boat shall not be used for any illegal activities, racing, or towing without prior written permission. The Renter agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws. **9. Indemnification:** The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the boat. **10.
